Documents required to apply for Pay Solutions:

• Pay Solutions contract
• Payment installment service agreement
  (if you wish to open a 0% installment system - the merchant bears the interest burden on behalf of the customer)
• Copy of the ID card of the authorized person
  ** (For foreigners, use a copy of the passport and work permit (Work Permit) that has not expired)
• Copy of the house registration of the authorized person
  (For foreigners, use the address in the country of citizenship and the current address in Thailand)
• A copy of the front page of the bank statement with the account name, account number, and bank branch information that is consistent with the back contract
  ** 3 months of bank statements **
• For businesses that apply through social media, please provide proof of ownership of the page/website
• Lease agreement for business premises with a term of not more than 6 months
• Map showing the location of the business establishment that can be contacted

** Please sign (signature) correctly, in the same format, and stamp the company seal if the corporate format document specifies a seal and attach the application file in the merchant management system.

Pay Solutions' online payment system supports the connection of plug-ins for finished websites, including WooCommerce, Magento, VirtueMart, and Opencart. Merchants can view the details of the plug-ins and various modules that are connected in the manual/API documentation here.

You can edit the personal information, contact information, and email address of the store manager in the "Manage Information" menu on Pay Solutions dashboard control. The information includes Thai and English language information, as well as website or product sales channels. Before SUBMIT, please check the accuracy of the information again.

Merchants interested in utilizing our 0% installment service can contact our sales team for further details. However, this service is only applicable for purchases with a minimum value of 3,000 baht. The interest rate is set at 0.80% per month, and you have the flexibility to choose the installment duration from 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, or 36 months. Please note that the terms of service are subject to change by the respective service provider banks.

Merchants can check the status of their orders in the control.paysolutions.asia management system. To do so, click on "Orders/All Buyers" and select the date range you want to check. The status of your orders will be displayed.

In the event that there is no payment information in the system, but the buyer confirms that payment has been made, the merchant must request proof of payment. The Customer Support team will then investigate and update the status accordingly.

Merchants can request a refund or cancel an order. To do so, the merchant must have a balance of at least the amount they wish to request a refund for. The merchant can choose to refund the full amount or a partial amount.
  1. Enter the order number in the "Pay Solutions Order No." field and press "SUBMIT".
  2.The system will display all the orders that can be refunded or canceled, subject to the following conditions:
     1.) The order must have been placed within 120 days.
     2.) The order must have a status of Completed, Hold, or Pending.
     3.) The order must have been placed at least 7 days prior to the merchant requesting the refund or cancellation.
Note *A refund fee of 300 baht per order will be charged.*
 3. After pressing "Request Refund", the merchant will receive an email confirmation. The refund or cancellation will not be processed until it has been approved by the Pay Solutions accounting department. The system will send an email to confirm the status of the refund request.

  • Case 1: Credit/Debit Card
If a buyer wants to reject or cancel a payment made with a credit or debit card, the buyer must contact their bank directly to report the transaction they want to reject. The bank will then contact Pay Solutions to report the rejection. Pay Solutions cannot initiate a refund on its own, except in cases where the buyer contacts the merchant directly and the merchant agrees to refund the money. The merchant must then confirm the refund via email to Pay Solutions. Once the refund is confirmed, Pay Solutions will process the refund to the buyer.

  • Case 2: PromptPay
If a buyer wants to reject or cancel a payment made with PromptPay, the buyer and the merchant must contact Pay Solutions directly to request a refund for the transaction they want to cancel. Once the refund request is processed and approved, the cardholder will receive a refund within 14-45 business days (for foreign cards) or within the next billing cycle, depending on the terms set by the issuing bank.

Pay Solutions online payment system provides refund schedules on a daily, bi-daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. Each merchant has a different refund contract and terms, which must be referenced in the service agreement document. Merchants can view the refund summary and schedule in the control.paysolutions.asia management system by clicking the "Transfer Money" menu.

In the case that a store is interested in using the online payment system but does not yet have a website or social media account, please send evidence of the current status of the store, such as the type of business, location, map, source of income, images of product exhibitions, or other supporting documents. Pay Solutions reserves the right to review on a case-by-case basis.

You can request receipts/tax invoices by filling out the required information in the tax invoice form in the "Manage Information" menu. Before submitting, please check the accuracy of the information again.

When a money is transferred to a merchant bank account, the accounting department will prepare a tax invoice for the merchant. The merchant will issue a withholding tax form to us. The merchant will notify us of the refund by email, attaching the file, and sending the original documents to the accounting department to process the documents regularly every month. After receiving the documents from the merchant, the documents will be processed within 45 working days.

Example of calculation:

The system will calculate the fee to be deducted: 10,000 x 3.60% = 360 baht
Then calculate the VAT: 360 baht x 7% = 25.20 baht
The total fee to be deducted is 360 baht + 25.20 baht = 385.20 baht
The remaining balance to be transferred to the merchant is 10,000 - 385.20 = 9,614.80 baht

Notes: - Transfer fee: 12 - 20 baht (transfer amount not exceeding 2,000,000 baht/transaction)
- Refund fee: 300 baht/transaction (if the payment is more than 7 days)
