How to Apply

To provide convenience and security for all purchases, sales, and usage by merchants, the company requests that merchants submit additional documentation to confirm the use of the online payment link and to transfer income into your merchant account. The following supporting documents are required:

Documents required to apply for Pay Solutions:

Pay Solutions contract
Payment installment service agreement
(if you wish to open a 0% installment system - the merchant bears the interest burden on behalf of the customer)
Copy of the ID card of the authorized person
** (For foreigners, use a copy of the passport and work permit (Work Permit) that has not expired)
Copy of the house registration of the authorized person
(For foreigners, use the address in the country of citizenship and the current address in Thailand)
A copy of the front page of the bank statement with the account name, account number, and bank branch information that is consistent with the back contract
** 3 months of bank statements **
For businesses that apply through social media, please provide proof of ownership of the page/website
Lease agreement for business premises with a term of not more than 6 months
Map showing the location of the business establishment that can be contacted

** Please sign (signature) correctly, in the same format, and stamp the company seal if the corporate format document specifies a seal.**

Example of calculation of transfer rounds and fees

Pay Solutions will summarize the merchant's monthly income and transfer the income after deducting fees to the merchant every Wednesday of the following week. The income will be deposited into the bank account that the merchant has provided. However, if every Wednesday of the following week coincides with Pay Solutions' or the bank's working day, the income will be deposited into the merchant's account on the next working day.

Example of calculation:

Your merchant has a scheduled income transfer of 10,000 baht. The merchant pays a fee of 3.60%.
The system will calculate the fee to be deducted: 10,000 x 3.60% = 360 baht
Then calculate the VAT: 360 baht x 7% = 25.20 baht
The total fee to be deducted is 360 baht + 25.20 baht = 385.20 baht
The remaining balance to be transferred to the merchant is 10,000 - 385.20 = 9,614.80 baht

- Transfer fee: 12 - 20 baht (transfer amount not exceeding 2,000,000 baht/transaction)
- Refund fee: 300 baht/transaction (if the payment is more than 7 days)
