Security Standards
With a commitment to delivering a standard, secure, and stable payment system,
The company is always striving to develop its systems to be capable of supporting use in accordance with safety standards in the following dimensions:
PCI DSS
Pay Solution's online payment system is guaranteed by the PCI DSS Version 4.0 security standard, which is an industry data security standard for payment cards established by global network credit card brands (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Discover). It helps to protect the use of card data and reduce the occurrence of fraudulent use.
Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode
We check every order because we prioritize the safety of merchants doing online business. Our team has developed an internal risk calculation system that calculates IP address, credit card information, country group, and many other factors into a score for our officers to review each order's risk trend. In the case that the system calculates and the officer reviews and believes that the order may be committed by a fraudster, our officer will notify the merchant to withhold the item for the merchant to review again. This is to prevent damage to the merchant.
Monitoring System
Pay Solutions' system can accept online payments with all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Thai Union Pay, and American Express. Currently, these credit cards also have additional security measures, with different names. VISA calls it Verified by VISA (VBV), and MasterCard calls it MasterCard SecureCode. After entering the credit card number, the system will ask for an additional credit card password. If the card has a password set, it will greatly reduce the problem of stealing other people's credit cards to spend. Similarly, American Express does not have a credit card password system, but it has a system to verify the cardholder's address, which is also a security measure.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128 Bit
SSL certificates are electronic security certificates issued or approved by a CA (Certificate Authority) to provide a standard for encrypting data between a website visitor or customer's device and our server. The main purpose is to prevent data theft by unauthorized persons who may want to steal credit card information or any other personal information. We are one of the few service providers that have been approved for Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificates. When activated with various browsers, a green bar will appear and clearly indicate the company name, giving customers peace of mind.
